Bobby B, IBM is higher above its 200 day MA than at any time in the
past 25 years. On a Percentage basis it is about 50% above its 200
day MA. AN historically and statistically very rare time.

This is very atypical behavior for IBM and is indicative of both a
blow-off top and a very weak market to emerge by Q2 of 1999.
