Jane, I'm going to take this as an honest attempt at a truce.

Spackling is something that one does to fix the cracks in their old crusty home on lathe and plaster.

I have a bridge outside my window that vibrates everytime a big truck goes over it and sends those vibrations through my house's structure. That in turn rattles the plaster on the lathe and causes cracks.

If I had your $330,000 from DGIV, I'd not have these problems, but I was not so savy to sell at that time.
