WCTI- Wordcruncher

WCTI is the process of releasing their multi-lingual technological search engine. The stock has 7 Million restricted shares owned by insiders, and 4.2 million in the float. Now to the information that everyone wants to know. First their show in Mineanopolis was a great success a 100 big brokers. The one in Miami was not as good of a success only about 50 there but many great investors were there. They have received calls from Smith Barney, Merril Lynch, etc… Those were two names that he used. Expecting a lot of news in the first two weeks of January. They are meeting with the press, and trade analasys daily.

Wow this sounds great! But why aren't they on Nasdaq and when will they become listed?!

Good question, Daniel! You are so smart:) Well so far they have passed almost all the requirements for Nasdaq except for one very important one. They need the minimum capital for Nasdaq. Now they have only 750 thousand dollars in liquidity. They are looking for 10 Million by Mid 99.

Sounds good. Will they also have free e-mail accounts, and stock quotes, etc… Like the big search engines have?

Another great question Daniel. Well currently they will not be offering them but in the future they will. Currently they are just planning on releasing the searching ability of this search engine.

Will it be all languages?

The first one will not be. It will only be for English and other Western European languages. Each release will add more and more languages. By the third language it will contain all the languages.

Do they have any advertisers yet?

Not yet, they are still talking to advertising brokerage companies such as Double click about it.

Will they be making funny commercials like Hotbot?

Well, as we all know TV costs a lot. So we will not be doing any television commercials, however they we will be featured on CNBC, and MSNBC sometime during January. They will also be holding shows in San Fransisco, and Los Angelos during January.

Where do you think the stock price will be in the future?

I am restricted from saying this, but as you probably know about the other search engines. They are better then the other search engines and people will hopefully notice this. They will hopefully be a competitor with Yahoo, Excite and Yahoo later on. There is no reason why they should not.

I think all this information is enough to make the stock price at least mid 30's. I hope you apreciate this information.

Great day for search engines today! Almost everything was up. Including WCTI.

From my conversation with Dan Lunt here in Miami , He said that PR campaighn would begin in January and continue till Launch. Also during presentation they stated mid year time frame for Naz listing. They also stressed that E-commerce would play a major role for them. I spent this weekend surfing the web using every major search engine such as Hotbot, alta vista, infoseek, yahoo and to be honest they really are VERY inferior to what I saw at the Wordcruncher demo here in Miami.Mr lunt also stated that the website would be up and running in January and that in order to access it you would have to have a password. This was done in order to show analysts and brokers the search engine working on the internet instead of demo mode. As endusers we wont be able to use it until Feb launch. He also stated that the web address would be different than www.wordcruncher, he said it was going to be changed to something catchier for the internet. From what i am seeing others stocks do in price movements I strongly feel WORDCRUNCHER can definitely hit triple digits in 99. They along with Yahoo will be the only search engines showing a profit. Good luck to everyone and enjoy the ride.I think SKYMALL price movement today will pale in comparison.(although that was a hell of a move today!)
