Modano
I notice you're from Dallas, and like Hockey. So I'm guessing Modano is maybe your favorite. Good choice, Go Stars!

My three favorite wines are Cabernets, Cabernets and Cabernets.

If you are really interested in tasting full-blown Merlots that can compete with the likes of Bordeaux, then find some St. Francis Reserve. Cost is around $30 but this will give you some guidelines on what a fine winemaker can do with this popular grape.
