Just on fundamentals alone, I think it is conservatively worth $30. Y2K, I believe, isn't the core of their business--just an added bonus. Revenue growth is good as well as earnings. The chart looks great too--would like to see a couple days of this volume though to confirm a major break out.

Who just bought 20,000 shares of COGIF...REVERSING a downward trend and low open? Do we have a new or improved :) institutional buyer?

(edit)....and another 10,000 shares? I'm not assuming this is one buyer/institution, but the large volume trades have such a huge impact on share price. I am WAITING, not too patiently, to break through resistance at 22 7/8.
