r. edwards -- Calm down. I think you are taking the comment about Microsoft a little out of context. The question to John Folger was something like "can you explain more about the web tv hook up", and John answered something like "web tv already exists, it will be a way for people without PCs to buy things from RDI over the TV to access the internet. Another question was "who owns web tv", and John said Microsoft".

YES, this is really great from a perspective that RDIM will promote web tv as a vechicle for non PC users who are club members to shop conveniently (like having a private QVC tv show), and that would make the empire -- I mean Microsoft -- happy.

In addition to being impressed with the RDIM management team and technical talent currently on board, I also think their strategy and delivery model is awesome. In a nutshell:
1) Buying and enabling existing successful wholesale clubs to grow via e-commerce
2) Targeting retail and commercial consumers
3) Leveraging data / info from purchasing habits and spend to parter with other businesses, i.e., financial services, insurance, travel, etc.

I think this company will be a winner!

p.s. RDIM is working on a website name -- it won't be called RDIM.

They only said they have talked with Microsoft. There are probably about 50,000 companies that have talked with MSFT.
