The merger with Personal Consumer Network was also discussed. It sounds like we may have another announcement on that by mid January as well. The company is concentrating on one to one marketing with a real focus on delivering to their membership as an E Commerce entity. There are 150 private consumer club locations throughout the United States and RDI Marketing considers them all to be potential acquisition candidates. The first acquisitions will result in $30 million a year in annual revenues and actual profitability. Those profits should increase as these companies are streamlined together. More later...
