Waldo: There will be a good chance if BID.COM hits the NASDAQ during the first 3 months of 1999 to gets its name in lights on the CNBC-TV especially if BID.COM has a commercial site developed in Europe at the time making it one of the first, if not the first, international Auction E-Commerce company (Canada, Europe and USA). BID.COM will become known as an international company which could be a major plus going on the NASDAK. If things develop properly not only will they get a bite of the US $1 trillion market forecast in 4 years time, but also a bite from the Global US$3.2 trillion international E-Commerce forecast in 4 years time.?? I wonder how far are they away from setting up a site in Europe? They've been working on it quite a while now with the Bank of Ireland. CNBC won't be able to ignore BID.COM are Canadian award winners in this field and let's hope the Americans view BID.COM as a good deal because of the weak Canadian dollar (US/Cdn. exchange rate 1.55). In other words, picking up 2 for the price of 1 type of an attitude.

I know the Internet is on a major increase to Canadian households but I just read a Canadian Press report stating "In Canada, one in every three Canadians has access to the Internet, and 23% can surf the Web at home." (I thought that was low) I wonder how that compares to the USA and the UK.???
