Great conference call. I think the test site being up and running by the middle end of Jan is very important. This will give investors something tangible to identify rdim marketing.. I cant wait to see what name they come up with.. Andrew, I agree, I can't wait until they have these agreements signed.I'm sure we will be seeing antoher pr in the next month or so stating a done deal or an additional acquisition.. just a hunch.. later j

Andrew use this information to help you think through your questions:

Preferred Consumer Network International, Inc., appears to be an operating subsidiary. The deal there might be little more than a mere formality. Personal Consumer Services, Inc., operates two (2) profitable discount consumer membership clubs. American Home Town Brand Center seems to be more of a sales network for 1500 distributors and manufacturers. It is also profitable. Several other acquisitions appear to be in current negotiations. The Company expects to acquire new service centers by the first quarter of 1999, and is actively seeking additional distribution company relationships. The Company is launching a private label credit card for the use of its members, and is incorporating a data base technology system that is similar to those used in large supermarket chain stores. The Company operates Private membership clubs that offer brand name products at wholesale prices directly to its members. The current market of 2.5 million members of these private style clubs represents approximately $8.5 billion of annual product purchases.

Reading through my investment packet and all the information I can find leads me to believe that once the initial acquisitions are finalized the Company will have around 250,000 actual members. Those numbers will grow as each new private consumer club service center is rolled in, acquired, merged or built. The E Commerce site itself should serve to facilitate new membership growth as family members and friends become aware of the deep discounts available to members of the Club.

None of what I am writing here should be considered as a written in stone. It is merely based on hours of due diligence and my desire to share the knowledge I have gleaned.

Regards, Jeff

Thanks, Andrew...for your thoughts.

I've been reading this thread religously for the past month since the stock was brought to my attention. The company definitely has a niche here and I shall be watching with interest for the website.

This thread has a bevy of good posters I cannot even come close to matching for information.

I watch the trading go by at times during the day and like what seems to be the new found support for the stock at these levels, especially after most of the daytraders have exited.

Take Care..

Jane
