It is definitely a bubble. The London Financial Times already has a name for it. It is called the Greespan Bubble. As I mentioned before, we are heading in exact the same direction as the Japan stock market in the 1980's, and Greenspan will be forever remembered for creating this bubble by not vigilant enough against market and asset inflation. The 3rd interest rate cut in November is overdone, and pumped too much money into the market.
