Morgan Stanley downgrades Ziff Davis. Responding to Meeker letter? Will Yahoo be next? Meeker can't act on Yahoo until after earnings, and certainly not this week. Portfolio managers would kill her for ruining their 1998 returns when they were diving over the goal line. 1999 is another year. Don't expect Morgan Stanley to risk permanently tarnishing their reputation by letting this rogue analyst risk the reputation of this white shoe investment bank. Guru.
