Max,

I know how you feel... I was hoping to get some more IFLY warrants as I saw when the stock price dropped to around 14 at about 3 p.m. and the warrant ask dropped to 8. But I hesitated and it quickly ran up to 10 as the stock went over 15 to 16. I will try to get some tomorrow if it doesn't gap up. Seems that at this point, I believe the warrants will track the common dollar for dollar and you can get in for less.

Anyone have any comment about the warrants at this point?

JDR

Ps. More rumors on the YAHOO IFLY about the press release coming out tomorrow...

Max,

We are seeing what small floats are doing to some of these internets. INKT, KTEL and EBAY certainly come to mind with tiny floats. Realize that it would only take a few investors to gobble up these floats and just sit on them. Take IFLY .... it had been trading in the 6-8 range for weeks. Only need 100 investors to purchase 10K shares in CASH accounts and 1 million shares are locked up for $8 million. One office of a brokerage could do that easy. Then when the news hits .... they just sit a watch ... only selling a few shares to cover the intial investment and let the rest explode.

On the other hand, the larger floats require the herd to come in together and sustain longer. Not likely.

While I don;t know where IFLY will go from here ...... 50+ is a definite possibility on the common especially if management steps up with news now. There isn't any reason to think IFLY can't do what other internets have done especially since the float is small, the company is profitable, the new website will the first of its kind and will maintain its margins while likely quadrupling sales. I'd also expect the warrants to be called in giving the company another $16 million in cash which should go towards expansion of the call center base and some advertising for the website.

I believe the company's business plan is sound.
