Arvinder, I also had the same problem, until today. Today I tried the download again, and it worked.

That was earlier in the day, right after the market close. Well, I just tried it again, and it failed again with the invalid signon message.

Arvinder, use the customer id # in both fields.

but good luck when you log in -- quicken will not properly auto match alot of the trades and datek sends them in a random order. It is very time consuming to do by hand if you are an active trader. Don't be surprised if your cap gains report is off by a VERY large amount even while your account balance is on the money.

I wrote a DOS utility that will import all trades from the history file into Quicken and it only takes a few minutes each month -- if you want a FREE copy email me at zipwork@aol.com

BTW, datek added a new feature to the online history file so that you can now view the ENTIRE history in 115K segments for the WHOLE year. EVERY trade -- nice feature!!

Steve

I have NEVER been able to get this to work- and I have used every combination possible - with and without hyphen. Got the same results you did.

Customer service was of no help.
