I think you miss the point. The following are MM's words to me: " In plain English, publishers that have been compensated in any way for discussing a stock -- even if it is not to be construed as "investment advice" -- must disclose this fact, as well as the form and the amount of the compensation." That was part of this post: Message 5851345 I am not sure how you can personally reconcile the above statement with the facts contained here: Message 5963547 If you can, I would be very interested in hearing it.
