From cbsmarketwatch.com, "Intel may be unloading stock in Internet holdings Inktomi (INKT) and CNET (CNWK). The chip giant (INTC) reportedly proposed in an SEC filing to sell 127,500 shares of Inktomi, which specializes in software for the Internet. It may have sold 65,000 shares of CNET, Reuters reported, citing a Form 144 filing, which is used to declare intended sales but doesn't obligate a sale. Inktomi shares rose 1 3/8 to 137 3/8, while CNET's stock climbed 4 1/16 to 58 9/16. Intel lost 2 7/8 to 122 1/8."

This is probably the beginning of large holders (include insiders) of internet stocks to unload their positions and lock in profits.
