Ellison's got to have lost his head! According to the newscast I saw, his yacht suffered a torn spinnaker very early in the race, but instead of coming back as any sane person would do, he turns to, fights 40 ft. seas, 80 mi per hour winds, just to win a race! While he might not care what happens to the value of his stock in the event he perishes at sea, many stockholders would no doubt see a tremendous drop in their net worth, retirement plan, or wherever as the result of the precipitous drop the stock would take on his death.
