B Banks are banks that are licensed to do business with entities outside of the country doing the licensing. They are not allowed to do business with residents of the issuing country. For example, there may be 800 B banks in the Cayman Islands, but only 5 A banks that can do business with Cayman residents. The NetX product is aimed at the other 795 B banks.
