re: Timberland I was doing some after Christmas shopping at my favorite factory outlet, a great property in Flemington, NJ owned by Chelsea (CCG), an excellent company anybody with interest in REITs should take a long look at. Chelsea knows retail and they know where to place their tenants in order to draw traffic. When you come out of the parking lot, the first thing you see is signage for their two gateway tenants. Polo Ralph Lauren and Timberland. Both stocks are trading at interesting valuations, and both stores were packed. Jim
