Any near term, say 3 months, and long term, say 12 months, predictions for Infospace?

Personally, I think it's a great buy. Sure it has a concept of using other people's content but if you read all of those press releases over the past 4-5 months, you'll see that there is more to it than that. I would hope that others will see the value of this stock and I can hardly wait until January 15th when the quiet period is over and the company can say positive things.

Look at Inktomi. It came out at about 30 and stayed around 30-40 for about a month and then the site look changed and releases came out and voila, we have a $90 stock.

What are your predictions?

I am guessing that even if this stock drops over the next week, which I doubt, that after the 15th, it will get more recognition and go up. But how high?

daytrader, today is not a good day to ask! :)

Actually, ebay is holding up well so far.....

At any rate, yes i am a little nervous about the stock right now, but the "fundamentals" (small float, 4Q internet mania, likely split) just make it hard for me to believe that the stock can do anything but go up for much if not all of Jan. 99.

Still long, but yes i do monitor it!
