SLEU---

First off there is no mistaking that SLEU is speculative and risky being that it is a
non-reporting Bulletin Board issue.

That said, I am very impressed with SLEU's progress as it develops its comparative
shopping search engine with INKT. They have signed other alliances with TFSM and
MBNA.

From what I understand, there are 2 million shares outstanding (according to S&P
Online info). I am still awaiting a investors package to verify this and determine the
answers to your questions about particular balance sheet, income statement and cash
flow items.

From my perspective, I would think that INKT has a vested interest in keeping SLEU
a viable entity until SLEU is able to raise additional capital thru a secondary offering or
a private placement.

Considering SLEU was 9 in October subsequent to the reverse merger, I feel that
SLEU is a bargain at these levels. I bought more today and am looking to add to my
position tomorrow.

Regards.

xxxxx

Good advice, but how much of the market actually moves on facts compared to rumors?
