I listened to the CEO's interview on CNBC Squawk Box today before the market open. He claimed a 600% increase in Internet sales. I am not quite sure what he meant and he was not quizzed on it further. But in this market with money floating around, a figure such as "600% increase" will send any stock upward. My guess is that tomorrow this stock is going to cooloff. Maybe +15 at the close and next day maybe +9. Again, this si only Skymall. People are not connected to the Internet when they are flying. However, with all the publicity they have received and since they carry niche products, many people will start visiting the Internet site and that could result is some increased sales. So it is tough to call. What I would be interested to know is if they are setup to sell over the Internet. The speed, ease of billing, carrying stocks etc. Just like Amazon where they declare up front if a merchandise is ready to ship within 24 hours or not. Best of luck to all the investors.
