Esteban, yes. In fact this is my setup in my home LAN (3 systems). Only disable the File and Print Sharing in the

TCP/IP --> Dial Up Adapter binding.

Leave it enabled in the

Favorite protocol --> LAN Adapter binding.

Here, favorite protocol, can be Netbeui, IPX/SPX, or TCP/IP; whatever is running on your LAN. For me, its also TCP/IP, since this is required for the Wingate application, which allows me to share a single dial-in internet connection for the three machines.
