Hate to say it, but I sold a chunk of TSIS shares to buy INNI. At the time the two stocks were trading in the same price range but the momentum was obviously not with TSIS. I've thinned my position on TSIS considerably since news of the trading fiasco came out. But unlike many others I haven't given up. Still holding a good chunk of shares and hope for a better 1999. I hope to once again add to my position if things start looking up again.

Perhaps you have been VINDICATED

I do believe its 1 for 2. But that is not the point.

The point is there is a difference between gambling and investing. Investing is when you understand the fundamentals, technologies and markets, as well as fair valuation of the investment. Gambling is betting on rumors, playing momentum but not understanding the underlying competitive business risks. TSIS is an investment. All is out in the open for reasoned decisionmaking.

I am happy for Loren or anyone who was able to capitalize on the move in INNI. And some can play this game better than others. But in my experience (backed by empirical evidence) the house wins more often than it looses.
