I know that but how about those interestd in Long term investments and moms and pops that might buy this because they Percieve its hot and then it melts underneath their feet..You have to add some realistic meat and bones so people can make a better decision if this is right for them.. Surely, you & I can survive this but how about your aunt or brother-in law whos got 10K saved up and is in a finacial bind and thinks this is his ticket out ! Do you tell them to buy it too.or do you give them enough info so they can at least make an informed decision.?
