CL, a six?

It's not only the language but my test consisted of recalculating ounces and pounds, quarters, nickels and dimes into cents (I'm not that familiar with such small currency units right now).

Hope you had a good Santa or Hanukkah whichever.

Now something different. The RMIIW warrant ($29+) trades above the RMII common ($25+). From what I know, had the warrant a strike of $3.07 and the initial ratio was 1:1 . There are some antidilutive privileges for the warrantholders in case of a private placement < $4 adjusting the warrant ratio.

So far, I didn't get out the actual stock:warrant ratio in RMII:RMIIW. It would take your IQ here. Otherwise it was a nice arb play. I read to the recent filings and POS Amendment files but got tired of counting ordinary and private placed (promotional) shares/warrants.

(Edit: now the ratio appears to be 1:1.5, as 1.94 M shares underly 1.365 M warrants given that ratio it was an C&C arb to buy the warrant and sell the stock).

C.
