Going home long is like Russian Roulette - spin the carriage and hope for no bad news. You'd have to agree that the opposite is true for those going home short (wouldn't you?). In that regard, the day-traders have left no room for the buy and hold investor, is that right? Or for that matter, there's no room for the short and stand pat either. There is no way to profitably participate in the long-term growth of almost all of the well-known Internet stocks? I guess this has happened before for certain sectors in the market, but I wasn't around to experience it. Randy
