Ayahuasca, I too had a problem with DLJ today: I bought 3500 shares of AAGP today and sold 3000 just before the close. I would have sold 3500 but a little screen poped up and said: "You cannot place a sell order for an amount in excess of the net long position in your account." I had confirmations that said I had 3500 shares but they would only let me sell 3000. What a Joke! So I called em up at about 3 minutes till closing and stayed on hold for about 15 minutes, only to be told that I do infact own the stock but I can't sell it online and call a broker first thing in the morning. So I said what if it gaps down to 5 or 6 in the morning. Are you guys gonna make it right? After all I could have sold around 13. They said we'll have to determine what the problem was sir. Till then you OWN THE STOCK. I guess if it gaps up they'll make it right but if it gaps down who knows. Robert...
