True, but the pirates aren't supposed to be stealing from the banks. It's supposed to be the other way around. No emerging capitalist state has ever looked kindly on this sort of reversal, especially when capitalism is still so nascent that the state still owns the bank.

Zeev- Following is Stratfor's 1999 forecast. With respect to Asia, they are very doubtful of a recovery forming in 1999, except for Singapore and Korea. My sense, from some of your prior posts, is that you see the pieces now slowly coming into place in 1999 and setting the stage for a recovey. Is this a correct interpretation? Any comments?
