The article was why telecommunications are so important with their falling costs to third world and small countries. DGIV has been represented by JC in many of these types of countries. It is the right company in the right place for the times.
By the way, another small stock that has gone thru hell and is coming back--four hundred percent the last couple of weeks is LAKO. After today, it is at .24. Check it out.
