Tom,

I think it may have something to do with the author's fanaticism for Chinese food, something called dim sum.

Humbly report, Tom, it IS a secret!

I believe it's all explained here, just search the page for "double zero secret":

vejen-gym.dk

And that other web site name? I donno, too much of a dimwit, I guess.

I remain humbly dreaming of detective stories, by the mail slot of the FBN mail room, virtually near the first arch of the Mala Strana side of Charles Bridge,
where they serve great hot rum, gratis for me, yours truly, inspector,

Tom, that's quite an innovative idea you have—"people-to-people commerce"! ( #reply-7042275 ) Very revolutionary in the face of staid e-commerce hum-drum. So you're suggesting FBNA set up a physical outlet, say at the corner of Pony Soldier Road and Mountain Shadows Drive in Sedona, to actually sell things—to people?!
