I couldn't disagree moe with those statements. there are large differences between awe and fear, and even reverence and fear. Fear is not necesary for either. you could just as easily replace fear with love, and still have awe and reverence.

Reluctance resulting obedience? Love is a better motivator for obedience than reluctance or fear.
