That is the primary marketing strategy of TSIG. Every aspect of the plan is to create Card sales. Each Card sale is a customer. Everything else generates automatically from that.

People love to join a club that offers large discounts and those who balk may still wind up in the club through the corporate promotions.

Once in the club the purchases of the products are automatic as they have the purchasing credits on the Card as a continuing draw to CCI.
As long as CCI has the low cost products and service the customer will remain loyal.
