This is the perspective I adhere to. Zap was very interested in entering the internet when capital appreciation was soaring. Then when it began souring they couldn't wait to cancel the deal. This clearly tells me that capital accumulation through higher stock prices is what the whole business plan seems to be based on. In the long run, it's a bad deal. What has to be proven is whether or not they plan to enter into an internet business from a revenue perspective rather than a capital appreciation perspective. It seems like their finances are dependent on the stock rather than the stock being dependent on their finances. Seems back asswards to me.
