Wait until all the 1st of the year Buy recommendations come out. Magazines, funds, newsletters will all put buys out for AOL. They don't want investors to feel they are missing out on the internet stock picks. But they won't pick the companies that are NOT making money.

AOL is making money,earnings,profit ,etc....

If you look at the # of shares on the buy side, their in lots of 100 ,200 , 500 ,1000 ,,, Those are little guys buying. Big guys usually cross trade and/or buy in 10k , 20k , 50k blocks.

AOL will pop up again for the next 3 weeks; why?...
AMZN split 1/5/99 , internets will move on the strength of that.
Earnings look good for 1/27/99

Remember every year someone else becomes a multi-billionaire. It's Steve Case's turn.

I agree with you. Cable won't have much effect on the AOL bottom line in 99.
