janice , "in my dreams"?? lololol! are you out of favor with these guys now dear? yes isaac montel negotiated stipulation for dtc to be dropped from case in return for stock being returned & freeze lifted. but alas janice dear where is the cert? maybe when your diligence is up to snuff you can address something current. what is status of court proceedings dear? i am dying to hear your response to that one! lolololol !
