Susan, I agree with Richard, BOTTOM LINE -
2 years ago this was a 25 - 30 dollar company.
1 year ago this was a 15 - 25 dollar company.
This year looks to be a 5 to 15 dollar company ??
Great accolades for humanitarian giveaways to support industry standards - ok.
But please tell me as an investor (before I put money into the deal, ie buy stock)., why I should ?
Is this all research, refinancing and borrowing to support research, refinancing and more borrowing.
I wish the company well, and it really does look like your doing great things, but the ole saying goes "show me the money" or at least something that says thing should get better and buy how much. Hey I'm not smart enough to do research but I can read a chart !

Pharmacopeia Provides Corporate Update

biz.yahoo.com
.............................................................................

MSI President Michael J. Savage has announced his resignation, effective January 15, 1999, to pursue other personal interests.

Standard issue quotes from J. A. Mollica:

Mick was instrumental in getting us where we are today,...
-- 'nuff said.

...but I believe the products, services and people he leaves behind will be the real key to Pharmacopeia's future success.
-- a backhander.

and from M. J. Savage:

Our successful merger with Pharmacopeia is the achievement of which I am most proud.
-- successful - for him, yes.

The synergies between the two companies are just beginning to be realized.
-- mumbo-jumbo: good riddance to it.
