You may pride yourself on what you think you have done. But you shouldn't. Which to you think would be most likely to get a positive response from the company? a) A list of 40 questions with your name on them; or, b) A list of 20 questions, with the 20 deleted questions incorporated into the text of the submitted 20 questions, backed by a list of five to 10 actual shareholders requesting that these questions be answered. Distort the reality however you like, but the fact is that b) above was and is the ONLY viable option. It surprises me that you think you have the respect of either Pat Hayton or the company. This represents yet another example of how you fail to see reality when it comes to Zulu. Had you initiated anything which even resembled an objective effort and not hit Zulu investors, driving some away, with 100 percent negativity over a period dating back to the Wired articles, perhaps what you say now would or could be believable. Fact is, it's not.
