One reason SRAD wants LSCG is simple
in my opinion. LCSG is going to be a
big winner and a major player among
internet stocks. Just look at their
web site and links to Amazon. SRAD knows
this company is undiscovered and way
undervalued. They will make a fortune
with this deal when LSCG gets more publicity.
It appears to me that SRAD wants to buy and
promote this stock for big profits.
If the price stays around a dollar I'll
continue buying more.

I find this deal difficult to understand due to the lack of details. I thought of calling the IR folks, but, they probably won't be able to say anything anyway. It looks to me that they contemplate a down-stream reorganization, ie roll LCSG into SRAD and then maybe change the name. The question is the dilutive impact to LCSG. From the limited information available it appears that SRAD has minimal assets and an unknown number of shares/shareholders. How much are we paying for what SRAD brings to the table? Is there really value added equal to the cost? The press releases have some "blue sky" income projections that you cited. Forget the "safe harbor" rules, lets get real. What substance is there behind the numbers and even if they are real sales, what's the net earnings? Based on an AMZN p/e with those numbers the stock should be 100+. That's a lot of mileage from a buck and a penny. I own several M of these shares I bought as a flier so I hope it goes up I-95 to Cape Canaveral and blasts off.
Interested in any more daylight for my mental caverns. Prospero ano.
