I found some information on what public events Intel is involved with the week before earnings are announced. They're all on the west coast. DIARY - U.S. technology news events from Jan. 4 Reuters Story - December 29, 1998 08:49 The following is a list of upcoming technology events. --1/4 -- SAN FRANCISCO - Intel hosts a breakfast to discuss new products from 8:30 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. at the San Francisco Marriott Hotel, 4th Street, Sierra Room A, on the 5th Floor. Paul Ottellini will give presentation on Intel and the "basic PC market." --1/5 -- SAN FRANCISCO/PALO ALTO - Intel to host teleconference to make an announcement about the Xeon processor for servers and workstations. Teleconference will be hosted by John Miner, Vice President in charge of enterprise server group at Intel. From 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. *--1/12 -- SANTA CLARA, Calif. - Intel Corp. Q4 earnings.
