WASHINGTON, Dec 29 (Reuters) - Four senior executives at Rockwell International Corp (NYSE:ROK) were shut out of an annual bonus because of a "disappointing" [i.e. Piss Poor] fiscal 1998, the global electronic controls and communications company said Tuesday. They are Chairman and Chief Executive Don Davis, Chief Financial Officer W. Michael Barnes, General Counsel and Secretary William Calise and Rockwell Semiconductor Systems President Dwight Decker, Rockwell said in its proxy filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission. Rockwell's latest financial results reported in early November include discontinued semiconductor operations that Rockwell plans to spin off to shareholders by year-end.
