Great read. Interestingly, Morgan Stanley downgraded ZD yesterday (and the stock fell accordingly). A move that seems to be against their interest in being repaid their loan.

Tom, I have a friend here in NEW YORK that is telling me that a Friend of his that owns his own Brokerage House, was trying to get in touch with him last night about a stock that is going to make a big run in the next few days, will let you know what it is when I find out later.
