TO ALL,
As the New Year is about to begin, I would like to express a few thoughts. The TSIG thread is, IMO, one of the best threads on SI. It is a place where many friendships have been made and much DD has been done for the benefit of all. Our own Steve (Poisontaster) has done a fantastic job of putting together a single place that any new potential investors can go to start their DD. Many other thread members have actually visited the company. Many others have volunteered their time and efforts to bring new leads to the company. This is not only camaraderie... it is a communal effort to help TSIG, our own Company, grow. As a shareholder I personally would like to take this opportunity to thank everyone.
On another note... and one not so pleasant... I feel compelled to mention the personal squabbles that have occurred on the public thread. This, IMO, is a matter of personality conflicts, temporary frustrations, etc.. A perfect example is the "cry" for PRs. Everyone wants PRs... including myself. But I don't want meaningless "hyping" of the company with garbage. TSIG will not, and I believe much to their credit and our benefit in the long-term, put out PRs unless they are meaningful and substantial... and that is the way it should be. IMHO, I believe we will see many more PRs and probably sooner than later. Day-traders and momentum traders will be caught off-guard. Who was it who posted a while back that TSIG never releases a PR on a Friday? Surprise... look at the last two!! All of us hopefully are in this with the same goal although our investment styles may differ. Can we make a New Year's resolution? No more personal attacks on the public thread from anyone!! We have PMs available if someone feels compelled to attack someone... and even then what is gained? As many know I have been the target of a few of these attacks. My response was simple and to the point... or there was no response to future posts of the individual. Although I can assure all of you that I had enough information to take any of these individuals down and grind them up... I didn't. What purpose would it have served? So can we please pledge to hold back on our tempers and focus our energies where they will do us all the most good... helping to make our baby King Kong grow.
I have taken the liberty of reposting the following:
<< Well sorry if the truth hurts but it is a fact that tsig has yet to fulfil most shareholders expectations. >> Don't be sorry. I guess I'm one of those shareholders who doesn't agree with you on this point. The truth doesn't hurt at all and should have been expected by anyone investing in this "struggling upstart company" just seven months ago. That is really quite a short time period for a company to achieve and accomplish what TSIG has done. Those who were looking for a quick "pop" and a fast profit I am sure are disappointed... although I don't believe they will be for long. Those of us who are long term investors will, IMHO, be very well rewarded in the future. Perhaps we should briefly evaluate what makes a successful company.
(1)The right product(s) in the right sector(s). I don't think anyone will argue that we meet that criteria. [addendum: Anyone look at the domain sites TSIG has recently obtained... pretty big hint.] (2)A great management team. IMO, we've got a great organization... although perhaps a little stressed and stretched to the limit now that the momentum is starting to pick-up rapidly. But, that will change shortly as new people are brought on board so responsibilities can be divided and delegated. (3)A great delivery system (ie: websites and ancillary vendors). We've got a great start, but yes, more work is needed... and probably always will be as anyone in the e-commerce business can attest to. And service is critical. However, our management team is very well aware of this. If it makes you feel any better, TSIG is presently negotiating with probably one of the most prestigious (if not the most prestigious) e-commerce consulting, website development, and e-commerce networking firms in the world (yes, they are international) and hopefully we will strike a deal with them within a week. This firm has a "little" experience... Microsoft, Netscape, Yahoo, Hewlett Packard, Fidelity Investments, Chase Bank, Citibank, etc., etc. and has the talent and the manpower to deliver what we need (and what they can advise us we need) in a rapid fashion. How do I know this? Simple. I have a contact with the company, spoke with the Managing Partner of Development on Friday, spoke with Rob Gordon, and they spoke together today (Monday). The proposal is going out via FedEx. Not only do you and I and all the shareholders want the CCI website cleaned-up ASAP (and that includes management who are also shareholders), but we want a website that can quickly and easily be converted in the future to a new website to sell "widgets" without a major overhaul or rewrite. [addendum: a done deal and, IMO, much more significant than many realize. See and read the URL below carefully as to who Cohesive and their backers and contacts are.] (4)A unique marketing plan. I doubt if many would argue the multiple advantages of TSIG's guerilla marketing. Yes, we are waiting for the first deals to close, but, IMHO, we may all be surprised very shortly. Most people just don't realize how many steps are involved in closing a deal when dealing with large corporations and their lawyers... but I think we're ready to start seeing some things finalized very shortly. And as the momentum builds the deals will come to the table faster and faster. [Addendum: deals already closed and many, IMO, ready.] (5)Adequate Funding. We finally got it and, IMO, probably won't need it all as deals start to close. (6)Time. Time for the pieces to be put together to make the whole.
IMHO, TSIG may very well be the "stock" of 1999 and 2000 and 2001 and onwards. I'm not looking for the quick trade and the fast "pop"... although those who are I believe will get it anyway and probably sooner than they think. For those with patience, I sincerely believe they will be justly rewarded. This is a perfect example of "potlatch"... give more than is expected and you'll end-up receiving more than you expected. >>
The following is the URL re: the alliance with Cohesive. Read it carefully... especially the part about Cohesive's background and backers and other alliances.

I hope I have not offended anyone with this post as it certainly was not my intent. IMHO, we all have such a great potential opportunity in the long-term with TSIG... why destroy the thread with personal feuds. I sincerely hope you will all sincerely and seriously consider my request (or should I say plea)... not only in the interest of TSIG as it will do fine on its own, but for those fellow thread members and lurkers. Bashing and name calling does not, at least IMO, give anyone credibility on the thread. So, in the spirit of the season, please consider it.
Many thanks and
Be Right... Sit Tight!!!
Best always,
