Heyyyy Peaceful,
Welcome back from Holidays!!!
"IMO for this product and the company to be successful they are going to have to revamp there sales approach and find the resources to pay it."
Truer words my friend, HQ spoke about the failure of the the sales methodology at the Annual meeting, BBoy broached this topic in one of his reports, perhaps he can elaborate when he has time. I don't recall anything said what they were going to do to correct it other then it was an absolute flop (my words).

What remains as the single most important issue as it relates to sales going forward is IMHO:

What happened to Barry Stein & Kevin Haggerty??

These two individuals, we were told, had incredible contacts, contacts to die for (recall someone posting the question why Barry wasn't given more respect on the thread a few months back) bottom line we see no tangible results regardless.

Further, it does remain curious why the founder of the Concept, the Daddy of FNTN if you will, is not on the Board of Directors, really had expected an explanation about this from the shareholders meeting (if there was one my apols missed it). AMBTS,, barbara
P.S. Have discovered that kim-chee is a wonderful substitution for
onions on top of bagels & Nova ( had no onions, lolo).

Peaceful: Under the more common draw against commission arrangement I would agree with you. it's easier to find salespeople when you guarantee them an income. Unfortunately, salespeople who don't sell are no more than a one-way drain on their employer. In the FNTN model, the guarantee may not be there, but commission sizes are immense. Not unlike real estate sales, there is tremendous incentive to close deals. Straight commission draws people who believe in their abilities and quickly separates the do'ers from the don'ts - and that is particularly critical to a start-up business.
