2. The _reason_ the net stocks will collapse on Jan 4. Everyone has been looking for the reason for the "demise" of the internet mania, and I think we're seeing it on CNBC. Every story yesterday and today is about one company after another adding a website and going up 500%. This morning they're talking about shop-at-home channels all adding .com to their name, and they mentioned one that had relations with Ivana Trump that apparently employeed someone who has a notorius past with the SEC and securities troubles. People are just going to get tired- and they're going to realize that _wow_ it really DOES just take a few weekends to put up an ecommerce site.. (IBM will build you one if you can't find programmers, btw. they advertise for their services all the time)
