Radim and ALL, Text of E-Mail from Alan Spar...

Last week the thread touched on the question of browser and system configuration compatibility when a few were having trouble with the SH meeting videos. I mentioned that we should give Alan Spar some feedback to help with troubleshooting. I sent him notice that some had problems and asked if he would find the feedback to be important. His response follows.

Thank your for your efforts. Although we use rigorous testing methods, there is no way to test for every possible system configuration. Feedback from users is what makes any Web site successful. I would encourage all fntn users and investors to let us know what they think and/or make recommendations. I have many projects brewing, so I do not always get to read the threads on a regular basis. The best way to get your message across
is to send me email.

The Net Congestion message means that there is a bottleneck somewhere
between your modem and the video server. This can happen for many reasons from snow on your local phone line to heavy Internet traffic. The beauty of steaming video is that the size of the file is immaterial. Since we use our intranet to provide bandwidth to our subscribed broker/dealers, Net Congestion is not an issue for them. The rest of us are at the mercy of the Internet at large.

Feel free to write.

Regards,

Alan Spar

Lets be realistic about this company Radum.

They have hit and continue to hit every road bump along the way
to building a successfull company.

The sales force is going to cost them more than they originally anticipated.

MM and MS have more than likely taken over complete control of the company due to a lack of leadership from BS. They are probably responsible more than anyone else for not purchasing IDB and losing Empire Financial. Losing IDB IMO was a good move.

On the other hand.

I have also been involved with a company that had no direction so I can sympathize with what MS and MM have and continue to go through.

I think that they have and continue to hang in there, I think they are capable of doing an excellent job and I admire them for that.
