Evolution to CDMA2000. From reading the latest exchanges on WCDMA and CDMA2000, have concluded that no separate license is needed for any holder of a CDMAOne license (such as Bell Atlantic/Lucent) to install and operate CDMA2000. I had confused the Phillips license which was for WCDMA as an indication that a separate license was needed to move up from CDMAOne to CDMA2000. Do I have this right now? Chaz
