Ray S: 1. Looking for the best broker. Are you kidding? I've been thru 3 in 60 days, but what do I know. Warning: I'm a novice. 2. Lots of them are suffering from screwed up servers from the crush of online traders. Will only get worse in 1999. They all want business they can't handle. The volume is killing their IT infrastructure. Their touch-tone telephone systems go down too. 3. Trading by telephone. I learned early to take notes and names.
