Compensation depends on the person and their personal goals and motivation. If a manager is convinced they can make a project work, and they're given the tools to do so, they will often go for minimum cash and maximize their profit potential by performance or share compensation.

Bumbat currently has a very competent Director General (Mine Manager equivalent) in Mr. Dave Gunning, P.Eng. He works for Bumbat Company, not MGR or MAC. He returned from Mongolia after the January shutdown and hasn't been back recently. He relies on his Deputy Director to manage the temporary shutdown in his absence, and maintains communications by phone, fax, and email. The current Deputy Director is Mr. Orgodal, a Mongolian graduate metallurgist with Finnish and Canadian mill experience. In addition, both MAC and MGR support Bumbat with their on site personnel as needed or requested.
