Greg, FMK's claims made several months ago regarding samples evidently did refer to Henderson product. However, recent samples came from the NI plant. This sequence is obvious from statements recently made by the FRB. The FRB position prior to the stock's price drop was that no samples had been provided. The rapid clarification could only have been authorized by Valence and explicitly stated that product samples have been produced and shipped from NI line 1. A careful reading of the latest financial document indicates that the intent was to declare that lines 2 and 3 are being readied, even as line 1 is producing batteries.
