FAKEOUT BEFORE THE BREAKOUT? Uptrends for the major indices as well as the NAZ , nutz and Dow generals are still intact. Many of the stocks like DELL, CSCO, IBM are brushing up against 52-week highs and are trying to push through those levels. I'm looking for DELL to make the biggest push because its stock price is in the process of breaking through overhead resistance at $75.00, established from the last couple of months trading.

Right now I'm taking my cues from the Transports and the Russell. These averages, imho, have less room for slippage and need to hold here to maintain their current uptrends.
